She is an alumnus of Miranda House-Delhi, Xaviers Institute of Communication, Mumbai, and the University of Sheffield, UK. Varija Bajaj is also a mentor and is on the advisory board of over 35 design colleges with a mission to skill the next generation with a deeper understanding of design.

She has also founded “The Career Talks” platform where the Masters share their knowledge, Experience, and Advise for mutual growth and development of the industry. This platform is an enabler to connect Students and Startups to the industry ensuring growth while learning as well as mentoring.

Varija Bajaj currently has 3 apparel brands: O & Y (Office & You) - which focuses on work wear for Indian women, LELA-boho fusion fashion brand, and Varija Design Studio - which focuses on Wedding wear. She also founded Varija Home & Varija Lifestyles, Varija Home caters to customized needs of architecture and interiors for those who appreciate art, while Varija Lifestyles is a fashion statement for all those who boast to be trendsetters.
