Delhi's DtoC Ecosystem Ignites at SMBConnect’s Bharat DtoC Meetup – Delhi Edition

Bharat DtoC 2024, Delhi Edition, a pioneering event exploring India's burgeoning Direct-to-Consumer (DtoC) landscape, concluded successfully yesterday in Delhi. The event was organized by SMBConnect The Rise.

The event had Epson India as their Printing Partner and Salesforce as their CRM Partner. The NCR Chamber of Commerce and Industry was their Industry Partner. And CXNet as their CX Media Partner.

The event witnessed an insightful agenda that delved into crucial aspects of fostering growth and collaboration within the business community, leveraging the latest technology trends to enhance business growth, and engaging in fireside conversations to shape India's consumer landscape.

Key highlights of the event included a comprehensive discussion on marketing strategies for Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs), exploring innovative ways to increase D2C revenues using precise innovation and Generative AI, Harnessing the power of CRM in the digital era, D2C brand Chef’s Journey to Simplifying Deliciousness.

The event also witnessed an insightful session on ZYOD’s brand journey and it’s helping D2C brands across India grow. Epson India also featured their EcoPower Printer which revolutionizes office printing with its groundbreaking approach to sustainability and efficiency. Leveraging heat-free technology, EcoPower printers significantly reduce power consumption, offering a cost-effective and eco-friendly alternative to traditional laser printers. This innovation not only lowers energy bills but also minimizes the carbon footprint of businesses, aligning with corporate sustainability goals.

We had several distinguished speakers who delivered several insightful sessions for the growth of the businesses. Mr. Sandip Hazra, Director of PwC India talked about the latest technology trends to increase business growth. The session by Mr. B.Raj Sachdeva, Chairman – Expert Committee of NCR Chamber of Commerce & Industry focused on how business associations foster growth and collaborations for SMEs.

In today's rapidly evolving digital landscape, leveraging Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is paramount for thriving businesses. Mr. Ajit Belani, Director of Growth Marketing at Salesforce, shared insights on how to harness the power of CRM to drive growth and success in the digital era.

Mr. Arindom Roy from Epson India delivered an insightful session on Revolutionising your office printing with EcoPower. The session by Mr. Amit Singal, Founding Partner of Fluid Ventures took us through the strategic investments shaping the future of D2C.

The powerful Fireside Conversation on D2C Domination: Digital Marketing Hacks for Explosive Growth between Mrs. Pallavi Keshri, Founder of D2C brand Eyaas and Deepak Goel, Group CEO of DigitallyNext largely engaged audiences.

Mr. Shubham Maheshwari, Founder of BeingChef shared his D2C Brand journey – Five Minutes to Flavour – BeingChef’s journey to simplifying deliciousness. We had another powerful fireside conversation between Mr. Saurabh Gupta, Co-Founder & CEO, of VeriSmart AI and SMBConnect’s Mrs. Ambika Yadav. ZYOD’s brand journey was shared by Mr. Akash Sangwan, Marketing & Strategy Lead, ZYOD.

The event was a great success and 90+ industry leaders, business owners & D2C brands attended the event that took place in Aerocity, New Delhi.
