Mr. Hari P Srivastava is the founder Director & Vice Chairman of The “Deccan Chamber of Commerce, Industries and Agriculture Ltd” (“DCCIA”).

Mr. Srivastava has over three decades of Corporate experience in senior positions in the areas of HR & Commercial in India and overseas. Before moving to the corporate sector, he had a short stint with the technical Cadre of the Indian Air Force from where he completed his Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. He also had a brief tenure in the Bank of Baroda as “Specialist Officer”.

Currently, he is a “Director” at “Trident International Pvt Ltd”, a reputed Company and government-recognized “Export House” engaged in manufacturing and exporting “Traxter” Brand Solid Industrial Tyres, Wheels & Tracks.

He is the founding Partner & Director of “ RAH Corporate Advisors”, an advisory firm, which is an amalgamation of Stalwarts from top Management having a total experience of 400+ years providing end-to-end business solutions. .

He is also a member of The “Advisory Board” of “Ergo Talent HR Solutions Pvt Ltd”, a leading HR Consulting firm based in Bangalore.

He is the past “Chairman” of the “Export Promotion Council for SEZ and EOUs (WR)” under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. He is a member (from Industry) of the “College Development Committee” of “Ness Wadia College of Commerce”, Pune. Besides, he also represents the Chamber as an active member of The “Permanent Trade Facilitation Committee – Pune Customs”, “GST Grievance Redressal Committee” & “Regional Advisory Committee - Chief Commissioner of Central GST & Customs. Pune Zone”.

Mr Srivastava is also a Rotarian and member of “Rotary Club – Pune Downtown”

Mr. Srivastava holds a brilliant academic record. He did his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Pune University MBA Programme Centre (PUMBA), standing 9th in the merit list of Pune University. Before doing his MBA, he did his LLB and Diploma in Labour Laws and Labour Welfare both from the University of Pune. While he secured 1st Division and 3rd rank in Pune University in LLB, he topped the University in DLL & LW exams.

Mr. Srivastava has widely travelled to various countries such as the USA, Australia, Germany, France, Switzerland, Italy, Denmark, Netherlands, South Africa, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Macau, Vietnam & West Africa etc. in connection with the business as well as for pleasure.

He was conferred upon “Achievers Award” by the Air Force Association- Western region. Pune in 2020. He was also awarded the “Major General Latey Memorial Trophy” by the Rotary Club Pune Downtown in 2022 for his significant contribution. Mr. Srivastava enjoys teaching. For over a decade, he was a regular visiting faculty at reputed management institutes of Pune namely “SCMHRD”, “SIIB” and “SIMS”. He was also a member of the Committee appointed by Vice Chancellor – “Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU)” in Oct 2017 for the revision of the syllabus for the Commerce and Management stream.
