On 25th May 2026, the government of Andhra Pradesh concluded the MSME Growth Summit in Vijayawada at the Dr. Ambedkar Kala Vedika Convention Centre. Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu inaugurated the summit and announced 16 major initiatives to strengthen the state’s MSME ecosystem.
During this One Family-One Entrepreneur MSME growth summit, the foundation of 38 MSME parks was also laid virtually by the CM.
The government also entered into agreements with Meta, Amazon and Zoho to promote investment and entrepreneurship.

More than 1,500 participants, including Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) industrialists, PM Vishwakarma beneficiaries, policymakers, representatives of financial institutions and technical experts from across Andhra Pradesh, attended the programme.

Key Announcements & Initiatives Launched
- 38 MSME Parks (Phase III): Foundation stones laid virtually for 38 parks under the 175 MSME Parks Scheme, benefiting 700 new land allottees
- AP Cluster Development Programme: ₹200 crore allocated to establish Common Facility Centres across 45 industrial clusters
- RuTAG Smart Village Centres: RTIH Outpost RuTAG centres inaugurated in Kuppam, Mangalagiri, and Pithapuram to support rural entrepreneurs
- Advanced Prototyping & Innovation Centre (APIC): Unveiled in collaboration with KIA India for deep-tech innovation
- SIDBI-RTIH Seed Fund: ₹20 crore fund launched to support deep-tech startups
- Digital Maturity Assessments: 1 lakh assessments through DxEDGE with CII and NITI Aayog
- Energy & Water Audits: 1,000 audits by EESL for MSME efficiency
- Strategic Corporate Partnerships: MOUs with Meta Growth Academy, Amazon Global Selling, Zoho Corporation, Vodafone Idea Business, Aramex, India SME Forum, and Quality Council of India (for ZED Certification)
- NPS Coverage Extension: National Pension System coverage extended to MSME workers via PFRDA
- PwBD Entrepreneurship Training: Special training program for Persons with Disabilities youth at Sri City
Outcomes & Decisions

- Infrastructure Expansion: Phase III of the 175 MSME Parks Scheme will add 38 parks, building on the first two phases where 761 units were allotted, attracting ₹1,479 crore in investments and creating ~24,000 jobs.
- Plug-and-Play Industrial Infrastructure: The new MSME parks aim to provide ready-to-use industrial infrastructure, improving the ease of starting businesses in Andhra Pradesh.
- Rural Entrepreneurship Boost: RuTAG Smart Village Centres will provide technology support to rural entrepreneurs in three locations.
- Digital Transformation: 1 lakh digital maturity assessments will help MSMEs adopt digital tools and improve competitiveness.
- Export Competitiveness: Expert-led knowledge sessions focused on improving export capabilities and financial sustainability for MSMEs.
- Deep-Tech Startup Support: The ₹20 crore SIDBI-RTIH seed fund and APIC will catalyse innovation in deep-tech sectors.
