Klaviyo Launches Klaviyo AI

Boston. Klaviyo (NYSE: KVYO) the company behind better digital connections today announced the official launch of Klaviyo AI. Klaviyo AI, complete with the most advanced features, enables companies to tap into revenue-generating opportunities, and to provide outstanding customer experiences across different channels.

In a time when consumers expect seamless, customized interactions are at an all-time high, brands need to provide experiences that are meaningful and simple.

The AI technology has long been the key in the powering of Klaviyo and it is getting better thanks to a variety of new features, such as:

  • Segments AI creates complicated segments in a matter of seconds using simple audience commands.
  • The Email AI creates highly performing email content by entering the goals of your campaign and then making an email that is on-brand within a matter of minutes.
  • Formulas AI utilizes AI to improve the conversion rate of web forms by testing various variants of your forms to determine the most efficient display time.

Alongside these new products, Klaviyo AI features include:

  • Analytics that predicts and anticipates the order's next date and lifetime value, as well as the potential for spending forecasted demographics, and many more, to create relevant experiences that are converting. Klaviyo AI automatically creates the most relevant insights for each customer profile that are based on not just individual spending patterns but also on the data of the entire pool of Klaviyo customers.
  • Product suggestions analyze all your products then reduce them to the most suitable one for each user and put those carefully personalized recommendations into your email inboxes in just a few minutes.
  • Customized benchmarks demonstrate how key measures compare against the same brands as you in our customers of 135,000. This allows you to identify the potential for strategic growth by identifying areas to enhance.
  • The guided warming automatically warms up your sending infrastructure and provides tips to keep your emails from the spam folders.
  • Testing with A/B will handle all your testing of sign-up forms, campaign flows, forms, and more. By using A/B testing we'll choose and then choose the winner according to the statistical importance.

Klaviyo customers and the men's product line, Every Man Jack, make use of Klaviyo AI to make individualized predictions for every subscriber as well as forecasting when consumers will be able to place their next order. They can now observe the effects of AI-powered predictions. 12.4 percent of Klaviyo's revenue is based on predictive insights.
